Q7: What materials are your company's wear-resistant steel balls made of, and which international standards do they comply with?
A: Shandong Jincheng Heavy Industry mainly deals in high-chromium cast balls (Cr15/Cr20/Cr26), low-chromium cast balls, and forged/rolled steel balls. The raw materials are sourced from well-known domestic steel mills, with strict control over the composition of C, Cr, Mn, Si, S/P ≤ 0.1%. The products comply with international standards such as ISO, ASTM, and GB/T 17445, and third-party material certificates can be provided.
Q8: What is the hardness index of Jinchip Steel Balls and how is the uniformity of hardness guaranteed?
A:Our company's high-chromium balls have a hardness of HRC58-65, and the forged balls have a hardness of HRC55-62. We adopt a dedicated heat treatment process, ensuring that the hardness difference within the same batch is ≤ ±2HRC and the hardness difference between the surface and core is ≤ 3HRC, guaranteeing consistent wear resistance and no uneven wear throughout the process.
Q9: Can the size specifications and tolerances of the steel balls meet the overseas requirements?
A: Jinchi can produce full specifications of wear-resistant steel balls ranging from Φ20mm to Φ150mm. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm to ±1mm, and the sphericity/ellipticity is ≤0.2mm. The fully automatic production line ensures precise dimensions, making them suitable for various imported grinding mills.
Q10: How are export packaging and ocean freight logistics arranged?
A: Standardized packaging is adopted, including ton bags, iron drums, and moisture-proof woven bags. The material, specification, net weight, and furnace batch number are clearly marked. Anti-rust and moisture-proof treatment is carried out throughout the process. We support full container load (FCL) or less than container load (LCL) shipment and comply with global marine logistics standards.
Q11: What qualification documents are required for overseas procurement? Can your company provide them?
A: Shandong Jinchi has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and can provide a full set of export documents such as CE and SGS test reports, factory certificates of conformity, batch traceability reports, and customs declaration materials.
